Wendler's glottoplasty
ここにテキストを入力
There are two ways to produce the high-pitched voice, making the tension of vocal folds higher or shortening the vocal folds. Wendler's glottolasty is the latter way. The front parts of both vocal folds are partially resected and sutured to make the vocal folds shorter. The surgery is undergone under general anesthetic. One month voice rest is required after surgery.
